Investors in Public and Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Mortgage Funds
Freedom and Independence LLC
The company is a private investor in public and private equity, convertible notes, real estate (especially single family residences), private mortgage funds and a few private mortgage notes. The manager, Cary Rosenzweig, invests only with ethical people and ethical businesses, and he prefers long-term relationships for mutual advantage.

Cary has been fortunate to invest in private companies that later became public. These include: 1) Workiva (NYSE: WK); 2) Grove Collaborative (NYSE: GROV); and 3) Complete Solaria (NASDAQ: CSLR). Other private investments exited happily via acquisition. Sadly, a few simply died. The rest continue to pursue their dreams.
